Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has received a cable of thanks from Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom (UK) of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Head of the Commonwealth.
In her cable, Queen Elizabeth II expressed her utmost thanks to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people for His Majesty's greetings on her birthday.
