Fuel cap still in place

Ministry of Oil and Gas confirms that M91 fuel is capped at 186bz/litre. Hike in all fuel prices for May, announced this week, had left residents reeling. M91 would be hiked from 180bz/litre to 186bz/litre for this month. The price had actually been lowered in April and was returning to its capped level for May.
