It was in this deserted hotel in Thailand that a father launched Facebook Live, filmed himself killing his 11 month old daughter and then took his own life. The harrowing footage showed Wuttisan Wongtalay tying a rope around his baby's neck before dropping her from the rooftop. His suicide was not broadcast, but his body was found hanging next to his daughter's in Phuket. A police officer said the young father was having problems with his wife. Two videos showing the child's murder were on the father's Facebook page for roughly 24 hours. They were removed when Thai officials flagged them to Facebook.
