Fire breaks out on a cruise boat in Muscat Governorate

Muscat: The Public Authority for Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA) dealt with a fire which broke out on one of the cruise boats in Muscat Governorate.

A statement issued online by PACDA said, "The authority's teams in Muscat Governorate dealt with a fire report that broke out in one of the cruise boats in Wilayat Seeb. Four people were reportedly injured and were given emergency medical care and transported to the hospital."

"The authority has called upon boat owners to be cautious and to know the importance of regular maintenance and attention to safety aspects to avoid risks," the statement added.
