Muscat: The Sultanate witnessed a decrease in the temperatures due to the eclipse which occurred on 21st June 2020.
A statement issued online by Oman Meteorology said, "The decrease in the level of solar radiation was recorded in some meteorological stations during the eclipse period from 9 am to 11 am on 21st June which led to a decrease in the temperatures of about 1-2 degrees Celsius."
