New Jersey grandfather wins deportation delay

Fifty-nine-year-old Catalino Guerrero, who lives in Union City, New Jersey, says he came to the country illegally 26 years ago to provide a better life for his wife, four children and now four grandchildren. He was recently contacted by immigration officials and ordered to surrender his passport. At a hearing on Friday, officials granted Guerrero an extension, which spared him from immediately being detained and deported.
