Expat arrested for theft in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP), represented by Dhofar Governorate Police Command, arrested an expat for theft on Saturday.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: “Dhofar Governorate Police Command arrested a person of Asian nationality for stealing gold jewellery from a jewellery store. Legal procedures are being completed against him.”
