Delegated by HM, HH Sayyid Asa’ad receives Uzbekistan’s foreign minister

Muscat: Delegated by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan received in his office today Baxtiyor Saidov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the two officials reviewed bilateral cooperation and means of enhancing them in various fields to serve joint interests. They also discussed several matters of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, the secretary general and the advisor in the office of HH Sayyid Asa’ad. It was also attended by AbdusalamKhatamov, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Sultanate of Oman and the delegation accompanying the guest.
