Muscat: Between December 2016 and January, 205 suspects were arrested by Al Khoud Royal Oman Police.
A senior official said, “Al Khoud Police Station received numerous reports about vandalism, robbery, looting and fraud among other cases during December last year and January last month.”
“The Department of Inquiries and Investigations at the station, therefore, arrested a total of 205 suspects of different nationalities, women included, who were allegedly behind those crimes,” added the official.
He added that the suspects are in custody and have been referred to the public prosecution.
