Muscat: The Arab Swimming Federation board members met in Jordanian capital of Amman under the chairmanship of Taha Al Kishry, chief of Arab and Oman swimming bodies.
During the meeting, the members discussed a number of topics concerning the development of swimming in the Arab region.
The members also finalised the venue and the date of federation’s board elections for the 2017-21 term with Oman chosen the hosts of the general assembly and elections on April 15.
During the meeting, the members also discussed the inaugural Arab Triple League, featuring archery, equestrian and swimming events, to be organised in Riyadh in September.
