Coronavirus: Omanis travelling to Thailand urged to exercise caution

Muscat: Oman Embassy in Thailand has announced that the Thai authorities has taken the necessary steps to avoid the coronavirus.Omani citizens planning to visit Thailand have to follow the instructions by the authorities.

Oman Embassy in Bangkok, said in a statement that: “ The friendly Thai authorities announced today, Monday, that they have taken control of the Coronavirus and took necessary measures, but the embassy hopes that the Omani citizens present and willing to visit Thailand adhere to the instructions set by the competent authorities, such as wearing masks and avoiding crowded places.”

“ The embassy receives inquiries from Omani citizens about the Coruna Virus, and since the friendly Thai authorities have yet to announce only some precautionary measures in outlets and airports, the embassy confirms that any official announcement issued by the competent authorities will be dealt with in a timely manner.” Oman embassy added
