Audit report submitted to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos

Muscat: State Financial and Administrative Audit Institution (SFAAI) submitted their annual report for 2015 to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
Copies have also been sent to the Council of Ministers, the State Council and Majlis Al Shura.
It includes audit results of the units of state administrative apparatus including revenues, expenses, internal control systems and final accounts. It also includes audit results of some investments, government firms/establishments under SFAAI supervision.
It also includes audit results of laws, regulations and financial systems sent to SFAAI by the government units for opinion, SFAAI efforts on fighting corruption and following up implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption among other things.
The report also included the remarks and observations reported to SFAAI and the necessary recommendations on the same.
