Fog forecast over some parts of Oman

Muscat: Oman Meteorology has issued a poor visibility forecast due to fog formation with temperatures to vary between 5 Degrees Celsius in Saiq, to 26 degrees in Salalah.

The temperatures across Oman are forecast to be 23 Degrees in Muscat, Sur, and Rustaq, 24 Degrees in Khasab, Buraimi, Ibri, and Suhar and 25 Degrees in Nizwa, Ibra, Masira, and Haima.

“Mainly clear skies over most of the Sultanate with advection of clouds over Musandam Governorate and along the coastal areas of Arabian Sea. Chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog over parts of Al Buraimi, Al Dahirah, North Al Sharqiyah, and South Al Sharqiyah governorates,” Oman Meteorology said in a statement.

“Over most of the Sultanate winds will be easterly to northeasterly and light to moderate," they added.
