Muscat: Prince Charles and Duchess of Cornwall Camilla visited the National Museum on Saturday.

On arrival at the Palace Roundabout, their Royal Highnesses were received by His Highness Sayyid Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, Minister of Heritage and Culture. They were escorted to the square where they watched a demonstration of Omani Folkloric dancing.

Prince Charles then took a tour of the museum, where he visited various Galleries starting with the ‘Land and People Gallery’ where he watched live demonstrations of traditional handicraft-making and classical music was performed by Royal Oman Symphony Orchestra. Prince Charles and Camilla are on a three-day visit to Oman.
