Muscat: The Embassy of Philippines in Muscat will host a consular outreach event on October 5, the Embassy has announced.
According to the statement, the event is being held to provide Filipino nationals with an opportunity to renew their passports among other essential services.
The statement read, “The monthly first Friday Consular Outreach at the Philippine Embassy Muscat is an additional day of service for Filipinos who wish to avail the Embassy’s services during their day-off.”
The event, which is part of the embassy's monthly first Friday Consular Outreach, will be held from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) will have the chance to replace lost passports or claim new ones, authenticate documents, register a birth, apply for the Overseas Worker Welfare Administration (OWWA), and verify contracts.
“Application for Philippine visa and authentication of employment contracts will not be entertained,” the statement added.
