Trudeau calls Sayyid Fahd, thanks His Majesty Sultan Qaboos

Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers received a phone call from Justin Pierre James Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada.
The Canadian premier expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said and the Sultanate for the efforts made to release Canadian Homa Hoodfar that has a great effect on the Canadian people.
He affirmed that the good efforts exerted by the Sultanate in all domains have been appreciated by everyone. He expressed his country’s desire to cement the bilateral relations between the two countries. Sayyid Fahd expressed the Sultanate’s keenness to boost friendship with Canada to serve the interests of people of two countries.
