Muscat: The Royal Oman Police celebrated yesterday the opening of Saham Police Station building in the Governorate of North Al Batinah, within the framework of the strategy for reconstructing and completing the facilities, as well as developing services for citizens and residents.
The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of Air Vice Marshal Mattar bin Ali Al Obaidani, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO).
The chief guest unveiled the plaque marking the opening of the police station.
Then, he, alongside with the attendees, viewed the military parade, which included the national anthem.
The column, then, proceeded forward in a parade form before the main dais.
