Five arrested for possessing over 900 packages of drugs in Oman

Muscat : The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has arrested five smugglers in possession of more than 990 packages of the khat drug in Dhofar Governorate.

ROP said in a statement :"Coast Guard police boats led by the Dhofar Governorate Police arrested five infiltrators of Arab nationality on board a smuggling boat in possession of more than 990 packages of the khat drug . The legal procedures were completed against them."
