4.4 magnitude earthquake recorded in Southern Iran

Muscat: An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.4 was monitored in Southern Iran on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, said the Earthquake Monitoring Centre (EMC).

The Earthquake Monitoring Centre (EMC) at Sultan Qaboos University said in a statement that an earthquake in the Southern Iran was recorded at 11:33 am MCT, at a depth of 10 KM. The earthquake was recorded 112 KM away from Khasab.
