Running for one week, from 23rd October to 29th October, this special event unveils a meticulously crafted set menu, encompassing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Drawing inspiration from his cherished childhood memories in India, Chef Rohit Ghai has composed a menu that promises to be a culinary symphony of flavours and innovation.
Guests partaking in Namaste India will be treated to a tantalizing 6-course journey commencing with the traditional Indian welcome of papadam, enhanced by an array of delightful sauces. The culinary voyage unfolds with each dish offering its own modern twist, like succulent "Chicken Chops," coastal-inspired "Fish Mangalore," creative "Sago Vada with Beetroot, Ginger, and Jam," creamy "Malai Kofta in Dumplings with Sauteed Spinach and Cashew," versatile "Aubergine Salan with Peanut, Sesame, and Coconut," savory "Keema Pao," and concludes with "Kulfi Berries," a sweet fusion of kulfi and fresh berries.
