Construction worker dies after room collapses on him in Dhofar

Muscat: An expatriate has died after an old room collapsed on him in the Wilayat of Mirbat, Dhofar Governorate, said the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA).

"The Authority’s teams at the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Dhofar Governorate responded to an accident when an old room collapsed on a worker in Jabal Ashur in the Wilayat of Mirbat. The teams were able to pull the worker's body out from under the rubble , " CDAA said in a statement.
