Two people rescued from drowning incident in Oman

Muscat: Two people have been rescued in Al Qurum beach, Muscat Governorate from a drowning incident, said the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA).

CDAA said: "The water rescue team was able to find the second person. Emergency medical care was provided to him and he was taken to the hospital in a critical condition."

The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority had said: “The rescue teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in ⁧‫Muscat Governorate responded to the drowning incident of two people in Al Qurum beach, one of them was rescued and emergency medical care was provided to him. He was transferred to the hospital. Search for the second person is still on" 

It is to be noted that two people had been reported of drowning in Al Qurum beach on Sunday, July 9, 2023.
