Rescue teams save man from drowning in Dhofar

Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) responded to a drowning incident in a tourist site located in Dhofar Governorate on Friday, June 30, 2023.

With the approaching of Khareef Dhofar, the first drowning incident occurred in a tourist site in Dhofar Governorate was reported.

A statement issued online by CDAA said that the rescue teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Dhofar Governorate responded to a drowning incident in Wadi Darbat, where the teams were able to pull out the person, provide emergency medical care. He was transferred to the hospital in a critical condition.
