Muscat: His Highness the Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs received in his office today the Ambassador of the Republic of India accredited to the Sultanate of Oman, said Oman News Agency (ONA).
A statement issued online by ONA said that His Highness Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, received in his office in Al Murtafa’a Camp today, Amit Narang, Ambassador of the friendly Republic of India accredited to the Sultanate of Oman.
During the meeting, cordial conversations were exchanged, the existing bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways of enhancing them were reviewed, and a number of issues of common interest were discussed.
