One out of the two people who went missing in Wadi found dead

Update: Body of second missing person found in South Al Sharqiyah

Muscat: A female citizen who was missing after her vehicle drifted in a valley in Al Sharqiyah South Governorate was found dead.

The Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority, ( CDAA ), confirmed that a female citizen was found dead in Wadi Al-Bathaa, in the Wilayat of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

This came in cooperation with the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command and the citizens.

 The statement stated that a search is underway for a citizen, after it was found that only two people were missing.

It is worth noting that the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority received a report on Wednesday evening about the drifting of three vehicles, including nine people, in the stream of Wadi Al Batha in the Wilayat of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali.
