Dates paste: 1 tbsp
Ginger: 2 tbsp
Mint: for garnishing
Take a deep pan, add 500 ml of water, 70 grams of blueberries, and 2 tablespoons of ginger , and bring it to a boil.
Add 30 grams of sugar and date paste and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Remove it from heat and cool for 1 hour.
Now strain it and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
In a serving glass, add crushed ice, prepared syrup, and some soda.
Garnish with mint and blueberries.
