Child gets bicycle lock stuck around his neck

Muscat: A child who got a bicycle lock entangled around his neck in Ibri was rescued by the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA), the agency said on Tuesday.
While no details about how the incident occurred were shared, the child escaped without any injuries.
According to a statement from PACDA, “Rescue teams of the civil defence and ambulance managed to free a child from a metal wire that was wrapped around his neck in Nahdha, Ibri. The child was in good health.”
