Over 1,500 seedlings of Omani wild trees planted in South Al Batinah
The campaign was implemented by the Environment Authority.

Muscat: More than 1,500 saplings of Omani wild trees have been planted in South Al Batinah Governorate.

The Environment Authority, represented by the Environment Department in South Al Batinah Governorate, implemented a campaign to plant 2,000 seedlings of Omani wild trees (Sidr, Ghaf and Qart) in the Wilayat of Rustaq in the Governorate of South Al Batinah. The campaign was carried out in cooperation with the Youth Center of the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Youth and the Rustaq Charitable Team. The cultivation campaigns are a part of the national initiative to plant 10 million trees.
