Three injured in gas cylinder explosion

Muscat: A gas cylinder explosion in an industrial workshop injured three people in the Wilayat of Al Musanna on Sunday, according to a report by the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority (CDAA).

The CDAA said that the rescue and ambulance teams in South Al Batinah Governorate responded to the report of a momentary gas explosion in an industrial workshop in the Wilayat of Al Musanna.

It stated that the accident resulted in moderate to critical injuries of three people.

“Emergency medical care was provided and the injured were transferred to the hospital for treatment,” the statement added.
