Two children injured as debris from mountain fall on their house in Muscat
Two children were injured when debris from nearby mountain fell on their house in Darsait area of the Wilayat of Muttrah. The house has suffered damage in the rockslide and rescue teams have rushed to the site, said the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA). A statement issued online by the CDAA said: "The rescue and ambulance teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Muscat Governorate responded to a report of a rockslide from a mountain on a house in the Darsait area of the Wilayat of Muttrah. The accident resulted in minor injury to two children who were taken to the hospital for treatment.”
