Parking restricted on parts of Sultan Qaboos Street

Muscat: Parking of vehicles will be prohibited on both sides of the lane on Sultan Qaboos Street from Al Baraka Palace Roundabout to the Royal Private Airport, on Monday and Tuesday, October 24-25, 2022.

A statement issued online by ROP said: "The Royal Oman Police announces that it will prevent vehicles from parking on both sides of the lane on Sultan Qaboos Street from Al Baraka Palace Roundabout to the Royal Private Airport, on Monday and Tuesday October 24-25, 2022. Accordingly, the Royal Oman Police calls on motorists to abide by the above and to cooperate with policemen in the service of the public interest."

This coincides with an announcement of Diwan of the Royal Court that His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik will go on an official two-day visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain on Monday.
