Ingredients
1 litre full fat milk
250g cottage cheese
Pinch of saffron
1/2 tin of condensed milk
2 and half cups of sugar
Handful of slivered almonds and pistachios for garnish
Preparation
Boil milk for about 20 minutes.
Add condensed milk and stir it thoroughly.
Add sugar and cottage cheese into the milk.
Stir continuously for 10 minutes .
Add in the saffron and leave it out to cool .
Garnish with nuts.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
