Group of foreigners arrested for trying to enter Oman illegally

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a group of foreigners for attempting to enter the Sultanate of Oman illegally.

A statement issued online by ROP said: “Coast Guard Police Command boat patrols arrested a group of infiltrators of Asian nationality in the Omani territorial waters while they were trying to enter the country illegally. The legal procedures are being completed against them."
