Omani trade delegation to visit India

Muscat: The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) is participating in a commercial delegation that includes a number of business owners representing various economic sectors in the Sultanate of Oman, as part of a government delegation to India.

His Excellency Eng. Ridha bin Juma Al Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, explained in a statement to the Oman News Agency that during the visit, meetings will be held with a number of officials in the Indian government and the private sector to discuss facilitating the procedures that prevent the smooth flow of trade between the two friendly countries.

He indicated that a "Invest in Oman" forum will be held with the aim of introducing investment opportunities and facilities provided by the government to investors, and holding bilateral meetings between businessmen from both countries to exchange experiences and discuss ways to enhance trade and investment relations between the two sides.
