Earthquake recorded in Southern Iran

Muscat: An earthquake has been monitored in Southern Iran on Thursday , the Earthquake Monitoring Centre (EMC) at Sultan Qaboos University said.

According to the EMC, an earthquake in Southern Iran with a magnitude of 5.9, at 3.15 am MCT and at a depth of 10 km has been recorded. The earthquake was recorded 177 km away from Khasab.
