Three arrested for possessing tobacco products, alcoholic beverages in Oman

Muscat :The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has seized over 4,900 bags of tobacco derivatives and various quantities of alcoholic beverages found from three expats in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate.

"The Police Command of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate arrested three Asians on charges of possession and trading in alcoholic beverages and tobacco derivatives. More than 4,900 bags of tobacco derivatives and various quantities of alcoholic beverages were seized. The legal measures are being taken against them, " ROP said in a statement.
