Food Safety and Quality Center destroys 270 kg of food in Oman

Muscat: Over 200 kg of food has been destroyed by Food Safety and Quality Center (FSQC) for violating the standard specifications.

"270 kg of food items was destroyed at the port of Salalah for violating the standard specifications of the explanatory data label and for not having the expiry dates on it," FSQC said in a statement.
