Oman's Assistant Grand Mufti meets WHO experts

Muscat: The Assistant to the Sultanate of Oman’s Grand Mufti has met on Wednesday a delegation of (World Health Organisation) WHO experts in the field of organ transplantation.

" Sheikh Kahlan bin Nabhan Al Kharousi, Assistant to the Sultanate’s Grand Mufti, reviewed during his reception of the organ transplantation experts from WHO, medical issues related to organ transplantation and donation, the level of global need, and the role of Sharia rulings and fatwas in addressing such issues," Oman News Agency (ONA) said in a statement.
