Royal Air Force of Oman conducts medical evacuation

Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman has conducted a medical evacuation for a citizen in Musandam Governorate.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said: "One of the helicopters of the Royal Air Force of Oman carried out a medical evacuation of a critically ill woman. She was transferred from the Kumzar Health Centre to Khasab Hospital in the Musandam Governorate to receive the necessary specialised treatment."

"This comes within the framework of humanitarian services and national efforts provided by the Sultan's Armed Forces and other departments of the Ministry of Defence to citizens and residents on the homeland along with the rest of the other government institutions," ONA added.
