Muscat: Raha defeated Sinha by 45 runs in a Muscat Pharmacy and Stores-sponsored Premier Division cricket match at the Ministry of Sports Affairs Ground during the morning session on Friday.
Batting first, Raha put on 148 for five in 20 overs. Shahid Naseem top scored with 50. In reply, Sinha were restricted to 103 for seven in 20 overs. Adnan claimed a two-wicket haul for Raha.

OCT Muscat A beaten
In another Premier Division match, Assarain eased to a nine-wicket victory over OCT Muscat A at the Ministry of Sports Affairs ground during the morning session on Friday.
Batting first, OCT Muscat A were bowled out for 114 in 45.5 overs. Ahmed Raza and Shiju claimed four and three wickets respectively for Assarain. In reply, Assarain raced to 115 in 13 overs for the loss of just one wicket. Naseem Khushi and Arun Poulose scored 66 not out and 37 not out respectively.
