Support for relief work in these sectors urged for in Oman

Muscat: Owners of crushers urged to contribute for usage of trucks to supply sand to the areas affected by the tropical situation, and donors of electrical appliances urged to go to stores provided by the Oman Charitable Organisation OCO.

The National Center for Emergency Management said in a statement: "Owners of crushers urged to help by running trucks of sand (knkari) to cover the affected areas in the wilayats of the North Al Batinah Governorate. Those in charge of it can contact the temporary communications operations centre at the Suwaiq police station on the following numbers: 26061120 26061105 | 26061118."

The relief and shelter sector also announced to all donors of electrical equipment and tools to directly donate at stores of the Oman Charitable Organisation in Al Mabilah Industrial Area between 7 am and 8 pm.
