Muscat: A tropical weather condition may form in the Arabian Sea in the coming days, an official from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said.
An official source at the the National Multi Hazards Early Warning Centre at the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), said that currently, there is a remarkable activity of tropical formations in the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal.
In a statement to the Oman News Agency(ONA), the official source confirmed that a tropical situation is likely to form in the Bay of Bengal, crossing the Indian subcontinent and reaching the Arabian Sea, where there are chances of the situation developing further or disappearing in the Arabian Sea in the coming days.
