Usufruct land contract owners in Oman urged to pay dues

Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning  has urged owners of usufruct land contracts to pay the late financial dues before the end of August 31, 2021.

"The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning draws the attention of individuals, institutions and companies who are owners of usufruct land contracts of various uses to the necessity of paying the late financial dues resulting from the usufruct contracts within Tuesday, August 31, 2021," the Ministry said in a statement.
