Omani Botanic Garden to have Sultanate's first cable car

Muscat: The Omani Botanic Garden project in the Wilayat of Seeb will have the first cable car in the Sultanate.

His Excellency Salem Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism, said in a tweet on his official account: "The construction works are progressing in the Omani Botanic Garden project in the Wilayat of Seeb, which will contain a cable car that enhances the experiences of visitors through its various components."

According to the Minister, the project is expected to be completed by 2023.
