Attempt to smuggle drugs into Oman foiled

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested seven infiltrators trying to smuggle 60 packets of crystal narcotics and 30 moulds of hashish into Oman.

ROP said in a statement: "Coast guard police boats, in partnership with the General Department for Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control, arrested seven infiltrators in partnership with international gangs, who were trying to smuggle narcotic substances into Oman. The case is under procedure."
