Muscat: Vaccination against COVID-19 will resume immediately after the Eid holidays on July 25, 2021, the Ministry of Health (MOH), said on Thursday.
MOH said in a statement that the Ministry of Health extends its sincere thanks to the people of those targeted in the first package for their great interest in taking the COVID-19 vaccine, which reflects the community's awareness of the effectiveness and safety of vaccines.
"Accordingly, the ministry would like to warn that the vaccination process will resume immediately after Eid Al Adha on July 25, 2021," MOH added.
The ministry calls on all citizens and residents to fully adhere to the preventive measures for COVID-19 during Eid holidays, like wearing a mask, physical distancing, hand hygiene, and avoiding gatherings.
