Isolated rainfall and dust storms forecast over some parts of Oman

Muscat: Rainfall over the Al Hajar Mountains and adjoining areas are to be expected on Thursday.

The Oman Meteorology said in a statement: "The weather is partly cloudy skies along the coastal areas of Dhofar Governorate and the adjoining mountains with a chance of isolated rainfall. Mainly clear skies over the rest of Oman with chances of convective cloud development and rainfall over the Al Hajar Mountains and adjoining areas towards afternoon and evening."

"There are chances of late night to early morning low level clouds over parts of the Arabian Sea coast and dust storms over deserts and open areas in Dhofar, South Al Sharqiyah and Al Wusta governorates," added the Oman Meteorology.
