Companies from Oman and Netherlands hold virtual meeting

Muscat: Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion in cooperation with the Embassy of the Sultanate in the Netherlands organised the third virtual meeting between business owners and companies in the Sultanate and the Kingdom of Netherlands.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency said: "Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Sultanate in The Hague, organised the third virtual meeting between business owners and companies in the Sultanate and the Kingdom of Netherlands under the slogan 'Linking Netherlands to business and investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman'."

The statement added, "The aim of the meeting was to provide deep insights into the economic potential of the Omani-Netherland partnership in the renewable energy sector, including solar, hydro and wind energy."
