Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has directed the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP), in conjunction with the relevant government agencies, to study and address the conditions of companies affected by the current economic challenges.
A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said, "His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik directs the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, in conjunction with the relevant government agencies, to study and address the conditions of companies affected by the current economic challenges in order to find solutions to overcome these difficulties within the framework of strengthening and stabilising the labour market and to ensure the participation of companies in the leading role of the private sector in the economic process balanced according to the national priorities of Oman Vision 2040."
