Muscat: The Ministry of Labour announced the availability of job vacancies with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)

A statement issued online by the Ministry of Labour (MOL) said that the ministry announces the availability of job vacancies with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) according to the details specified below:

Editing Coordinator, an advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in communication and journalism or a major related to political science and international cooperation is needed. At least seven years of progressively responsible professional experience related to the field of communication or journalism provided that five years of them are at the international level and proficient and speaking and writing English and French.

Assistant Public Information Officer, an advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in communications and journalism or a field related to political science and international cooperation, with no less than two years of practical experience in the field of journalism, or equivalent fields and preferably one year of it at the international level. The applicant must be fluent in Russian, and English or French.

Both jobs are in the UNESCO Office in Paris, France. Registration ends on the 7th of June.
